My favorite Monkee is having a birthday today. I grew up watching him on TV and then I first met him in 1995 performing at the Newbury Comics store at Harvard Square. Since then, I've seen perform solo, with his fellow Monkees Davy Jones and Mickey Dolenz, and with his other band, Shoe Suede Blues. If Peter is performing in your town, check him out.
