Despite the fact that he was the President of NRA for about 5 years before stepping down in 2003 because of Alzheimer's, Charlton Heston was an actor who starred in many classic movies. The three I can think of at the head of my head are: Ben Hur, The Ten Commandments, and Planet of the Apes. Last night, Heston passed away. He was 84 years old. Not many Hollywood legends left out there. Regardless of his politics, everyone loved his movies.
