The Meals On Wheels program in Wellesley, Massachusetts, have teamed up with the Autism Services Association in helping both the elderly and people with autism and Asperger's Syndrome. As of last June, people with autism and Asperger's Syndrome have been delivering the meals to the elderly. It is helping them learn job skills.
Liz Andress who won the Worker of the Year award from the Autism Services Association last year is one of the workers in this program. Way to go, Liz! Thanks for your help!
