Tonight, it took me almost two hours to get online. The phone
company still hasn't resolved the problem. They want to come
inside my condo to see if the problem can be fixed once and for
all. This problem has been getting worse every month. My
phone calls are difficult. I can barely hear the other person at
the other end. Sometimes, there is static crackling loudly like
popcorn. Other times, there's a loud buzz that drones out the
other person's voice. Not to mention that it's hard to
concentrate.
I need DSL badly.
