In the article called Alone in Autism, we are introduced to two that are on the autism spectrum: Blake Dees, who has severe autism, and Mary Grace Mauney, who has Asperger's Syndrome.
Blake has up to 10 caretakers as well as his parents, Claire and Mark, who help him out during the week. In Mary's case, her autism wasn't obvious at first, but her mother noticed that she wasn't making friends. Mary loves using the swings at home to help with her thinking.
