I've been told once again to get to bed early by the sleep doctor. He says it will help me a lot. I'll be able to have a sharper mind and be more energetic when doing my workouts at the gym. It'll help me lose weight.
Of course, going to bed early cuts short my time on the Internet searching for stuff for me to write about in my blog. I also belong to a few forums that I like to visit too. Going to bed early will reduce my visiting time at those places.
The good side is my health will improve a great deal as long as I go to bed early.
Decisions, decisions, decisions.
