60 Minutes Does A Report on Autism on Sunday 2/18!

Lesley Stahl of "60 Minutes" will be presenting her story about an ongoing research about early detection of autism in infants at the Medical Investigation of Neurodevelopmental Disorders (M.I.N.D.) Institute of the University of California at Davis.  Dr. Sally Ozonoff at the Institute is studying 200 babies from birth to determine the earliest signs of autism in a child.  Her findings include less interaction, less eye contact and paying more attention to objects than people.

Dr. Ozonoff and her colleague, Dr.  Sally Rogers, believe that early intervention and behavior treatment will make a big difference in the lives of children with autism.

Please, watch "60 Minutes" this Sunday!
