It was recently discovered that former "One Life to Live" star Lee Patterson had passed away back on February 14, 2007. He played Joe Riley, Vicki's first husband and the father of Kevin and Joey, during the late 1960s to the late 1970s. In the mid-1980s, Lee Patterson returned to "One Life" as Joe's long lost twin brother Tom Dennison. During that time, he briefly got to play Joe Riley once again while Vicki was in coma dreaming about reuniting with her late relatives and friends.

I first heard a rumor that Lee had passed away back in March, shortly before what would've been his 78th birthday. I'm amazed that it took this long for news of his passing to be released. I'm upset the media didn't think he was "worthy of notice," and I'm truly sad if his family and friends didn't think his death was worth mentioning because they thought this charming, witty actor had been forgotten.
