Last Saturday afternoon, I was digging my car out of the ice and snow which was the result of last Thursday's storm. There was ice everywhere, especially on the ground in front of my car. While I was walking around it, I slipped and landed on my left arm. It felt sore afterwards.
Tonight, I had a doctor look at my left wrist and my left shoulder. They're both sprained. I can't do any heavy lifting for the next several days. So I will be having a hard time when I am going to the airport on this coming Saturday to fly down to DC to visit my family for Christmas.
Just my luck. :(
