A disc jockey I listened to when I was a teenager back in the late 1970s and early 80s. Joe left Q107 FM in DC in November 1980 for Los Angeles. He does voice work on television (Fox, CBS, and Syndicated TV). He'll be doing the announcing for the Emmys on September 21!
