Remploy is a specialist employment organization in England that helps people like Adam Robinson get jobs. Adams has Asperger's Syndrome and dyspraxia. During the summer, Adam worked at the Wall Park Holiday Centre in Brixham. The staff there were impressed by Adam's experience and interpersonal skills that they hired him. Now, Adam makes beds and cleans and prepares apartments for guests.
Adam's program with Remploy involved being coached in job interview techniques and filling out job applications. They were also supported him in building his self-confidence.
I wish Remploy would open offices here in the United States.
