Congrats to Andrew McCormick Johnson for winning the Stephen Leacock Memorial Medal for his story called "The Wartime Memoirs of an Anglo-Canadian Windbag." The 16 -year-old has Asperger's Syndrome located in Cambridge, Ontario, Canada. Many were impressed with his using a British accent when reading his story before the judges. Andrew was shocked to learn that he was the winner.
Andrew wins $1000 and an invitation to a party where he gets to meet the province's best authors of humor.
