The Missouri Planning Council created a program called "Partners in Policymaking" in which they teach people about topics that people with disabilities face and how to advocate for them. One of the graduates of this program is a 31-year-old man called Eric L. Williams who plans to start a People First Chapter in his hometown of Moberly, Missouri.
