Annalisa Making Waves in San Francisco!

Former Boston DJ Annalisa has been living and working out in San Francisco for more than a decade.  She used to host a morning show at WZLX before the new owners took over the station in the mid-19902 and let her go.  She grew up in Massachusetts and listened to Charles Laquidara on WBCN-FM.

I once met her after she left WZLX when she was doing weekends at WBOS-FM in 1994.

I always believed they made a major mistake when they let her go.  In San Francisco, she is a popular midday disc jockey at KFOG.

Boston's loss is San Francisco's gain.
