Dave is paying his non-writing employees for "The Late Show with David Letterman" and "The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson" until the end of the year. His production company, Worldwide Pants, is the owner of those two shows, not CBS.
That's so wonderful! I love watching his reruns.
