Great letter to the editor by Laurie Jerue of Naperville, Illinois. She wrote that employers should hire adults with developmental disabilities because we are "an untapped work force." She suggest to employers to contact job vocation and special education coordinators. She also suggests that young adults with developmental disabilities and their parents voice what their job goals are to local city counsels and chambers of commerce.
