A father of an autistic child in Fond Du Lac, Wisconsin, named Mark wrote a letter to the Reporter after reading the newspaper's September 1 article about Eric Thompson, who has Asperger's Syndrome. He mentions that the newspaper should show more local stories about children with autism and raise more awarness. I agree with that.
Eric's story was featured in this blog on September 1 under the heading "The Unsinkable Eric Thompson."
