Autism at the Palace

Over in the United Kingdom, it was autism day at the Palace of Westminster.  Baroness Pola Uddin  urged Prime Minister Gordon Brown to launch an Autism Taskforce to look at education and health issues for  people with autism and Asperger's Syndrome.  Researchers say that 1 in 100 children may have autism.  Right now, there are 500,000 people diagnosed with autism and Asperger's.

Baroness Uddin is a supporter of the Autism Awareness Campaign, headed by Ivan Corea.
