David Ruffin
(January 18, 1941 - June 1, 1991)
David was one of the lead singers of the Motown Group called The Temptations back in the 1960s. He went on to have a successful solo career during the 1970s. During the 1980s, David reunited with fellow Temptation, Eddie Kendricks, and toured around the world with him for a few years. Sadly, we lost David to a drug overdose in June 1991. He was only 50 years old.
