A very positive story in The Connecticut Post called "Autism No Hurdle for HCC Freshman" is wonderful. A freshman at Housatonic Community College named Austin Smith has Asperger's Syndrome and loves to shuffle card decks. His goal is to become a writer. His parents are very supportive of him and advocate for him.
