Former member of the Kingston Trio, John Stewart, has passed away yesterday due to a massive stroke or brain aneurysm. He was 68 years old. He wrote The Monkees' song "Daydream Believer." After leaving the Kingston Trio, he embarked on a successful solo career.
He'll be missed. RIP, John Stewart!
